Terms of Service
Last updated: July 10, 2026
1. The service
Arialine is a Slack application that creates, edits, versions, and renders diagrams and Markdown content inside Slack workspaces. By installing or using Arialine you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you install it into a workspace, that workspace.
2. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you create with Arialine — diagrams, sources, and documents. You grant us the limited right to process your content solely to provide the service (for example, sending an edit instruction to an AI model to produce a new diagram version). We do not use your content to train models.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Arialine to violate Slack's terms, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend workspaces that abuse the service or generate excessive automated load.
4. Plans and billing
Free plans are provided as described on the pricing page and may have usage limits. Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. We may change plan limits with reasonable notice.
5. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but the service is provided 'as is' without warranties. AI-generated diagrams can contain mistakes — review before relying on them. Support: hi@arialine.app.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Termination
You can stop using Arialine at any time by uninstalling it from your workspace. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
