Does team size change the price?

No. Team is $79 plus applicable tax per workspace per month, regardless of member count. Annual billing is $756 plus applicable tax.

Do we need a paid Slack plan?

No. Arialine works on every Slack plan, including Free and Pro: its /arialine command, mentions and shortcuts are ordinary Slack app features. Only asking Slackbot to use Arialine needs a Slack plan that includes Slackbot (Business+ or Enterprise+).

How does this compare with per-seat whiteboard tools?

Tools such as Miro charge per member, so the bill grows with every person who edits. Arialine Team is one price for the whole workspace, whether five or five hundred people use it.

Is there a trial?

Free includes every feature with up to 3 boards per workspace, up to 8 versions per board and 10 AI generations per workspace each day. Pasted Mermaid renders without AI and without a limit. Upgrade when you need more boards, versions or AI generations.

What happens when a Free board reaches v8?

The board stays readable: its history, decisions, source and exports keep working. New edits, proposals, Undo and Rewind on that board need Team. Boards that went past v8 on Team keep every version if the workspace returns to Free.

How sharp are the PNGs?

Team renders PNGs at twice the pixel size, so large and complex diagrams stay readable when you zoom in. SVG exports and the interactive HTML file are sharp on both plans.

What counts as an AI generation?

Only a request that reaches an AI model uses the daily allowance. One Slack or MCP request counts once even when Arialine uses multiple AI steps. Viewing history, exporting an existing diagram, and other model-free actions do not count. The Free allowance resets at 00:00 UTC.

Does Arialine store our diagrams?

Files and canvases are published in your Slack workspace. Arialine also stores operational board source, versions and decision context. Review our Privacy Policy for processing, retention and deletion details.

Can Finance pay without joining Slack?

Yes. A workspace admin can copy a workspace-bound payment link. Anyone with that link can complete checkout without joining Slack. Paying does not grant Slack access or workspace-admin rights. The payer can manage invoices, payment methods, and subscription controls through Paddle's customer portal using the secure portal link Paddle emails to the billing address — no Slack login required.
