Search the Help Center or start a live conversation with Arialine support. The Slack shortcut opens this same browser chat.
From Slack
Open Slack's shortcuts menu → Contact support → Open live chat. Continue the conversation and read replies in the browser Messenger; support replies are not sent as Slack DMs.
Do not include Slack tokens, client secrets, signing secrets, passwords, or other credentials in a support conversation.
